In my arsenal, I have the following primary options for carry.
H&K USP45 Tactical
I use a Fobus roto-holster for this. Either the paddle, belt, or even shoulder-holster, depending on what I'm wearing. I use a Bulldog fanny pack holster when it's hotter out, and it wouldn't seem out of place with the rest of my outfit. I usually keep the vortex muzzle brake on, since it doesn't interfere with the holster. When I use the Bulldog fanny pack, I can even keep the B&T Quad rail on, with an Insight M6X and an Aimpoint Micro, but if I do, it would be because I had taken the USP to the range, and was too lazy to remove the quad rail.
Kel-Tec PF9
I use a Comp-Tac shirt tucker holster, generally. I have some of the 5.11 concealed carry denim jeans, and the holster T-shirt and the casual shirt with the snap-buttons designed so you can reach the holster on the holster T-shirt underneath, but I have yet to actually use those to carry (I bought them more as part of my collection). If it's cool enough out that I can wear that much clothing, I can generally conceal the .45. The only advantage that the holster T-shirt has is that I can use the Insight X2 with it, but I never considered that particularly important
NAA .22LR mini-revolver with holster grip.
Just goes into whatever pocket won't have other stuff in it. El Paso really does occasionally get prohibitively hot to wear clothing suitable for carry, and when I don't think I can get away with the Bulldog fanny-pack, the mini revolver could be all I carry. At least when it comes to firearms.
I always keep at least one backup weapon, that isn't a firearm.
Cold Steel Delta Darts, either in a sleeve-sheath on the inside of my forearm, or on a horizontal belt sheath (leather, colored to match the belt) at the back. I tend to carry two of these. One at each forearm, or one at each side at the back. I COULD carry 4, if I wanted... but I just haven't ever done that.
If I don't have a belt on, and am wearing short sleeves, I keep one of those cheap United Cutlery Inkpen knives, either clipped to a shirt pocket, or to the band of my wristwatch. I tend to like my self defense knives to be cheap and disposable.
