What do you carry?

If I'm in shorts and a T-shirt, a 1911, either 5" or 4" depending on my mood IWB strongside with two spare mags weakside. If I have cargo pants or something bulkier, I add a NAA .22mag. I have a knife and a leatherman on me most days but I don't really consider them defensive weapons.

If I get back to my car, I have an M-4gery and some spare mags in a trunk safe.

Although, lately I've stepped up to an FN M-249 and about 1000 rds.

Just a knife. And not a very big one at that (Spyderco Native).

Don't have a pistol, and haven't gotten a CCW yet. I'm living out of state while attending college in a state that has no reciprocity with my home state and is not shall-issue to non-residents. So I'm waiting until I've graduated (hopefully in a year or so) and settled before I go that route.

90% of the time, a Springfield XD-45 Compact in a Galco Speed Scabbard. Occasionally, either an S&W 642 in a FIST Kydex belt holster or a 1911 in a Fobus paddle, depending on my mood and where I'm going.

I have a sneaking suspicion there might have been a *somewhat* similar thread before, but ok.....

Primary / Nearly Always: Kahr MK9, 9x19mm, in SmartCarry rig.

Secondary: CZ 75 Compact PCR, 9x19mm, with CT lasergrips, in Gould & Gouldrich in leather OWB paddle holster

Tertiary/special occasions when tuckable needed: Sig GSR Revolution compact 1911, .45 acp, in tuckable Mitch Rosen IWB (the economy line Rosen)

[Incidentally, the office desk gun is a Bersa Thunder 9, pickup truck pistol #1 is a Makarov (console), and pickup truck pistol #2 is a Springfield 6" longslide in .45 acp (floorboard safe)].

1st line:
Running shoes, cell phone, car keys

2nd:
KT P3AT with a reload in Kydex
Benchmade AFCK, Victorinox Ramber SAK
Surefire E2e
Fox 5.3 pepper grinder

Mainly my 3.5" Spring Micro 1911, S&W Commander Sc, G36, P45 or G19 in a Crossbreed holster.

At work I'm limited to a Gerber EVO folder and Surefire E2D.

If I'm not working it would be those plus either a Stoeger Cougar 9mm, Beretta 84 or Bersa .380 depending on dress and circumstances.
