What have you done for 2A and RKBA lately?

Recently, with help, this www.safrpac.org (look under '08 primary stuff.)

Voted in this week's primary election.

Filed as and won as Precinct Delegate in that election.

Saturday I'm going to shoot my monthly carbine match, if that counts.

And Sunday I'm going to help teach my young, black, female law school graduate friend who just got a job on Madison Avenue to shoot my pistol and evil black rifle. She's geeked and offended by the idea that she won't be able to get a carry permit in New York. She says she's going to change that. She' might be idealistic, but its nice to see.

What have you done for 2A and RKBA lately?

I conceal carry daily and practice with my rifles on a regular basis. I also bring up "range shooting" with guys at parties, and such so that people will get the idea that "sport shooting" is more common than maybe they thought.

Joined the NRA
Took my Father in Law to Family Day at the Range
Changed my mother-in-laws position of "why do you need a gun?" to one of complaining about the length of time it took me to get my FID card in NJ.

I plan to try and reach out to a few people I know who are middle of the road types and get them shooting.

Made a couple small contributions to the NRA.

Received my NH non-resident permit.

Sending out my PA non-resident permit on Monday.
