Seems like the number of polymer frame pistols available to the public keeps growing. In broad general terms, without regard to caliber or physical dimensions, which brand of polymer frame pistol is your favorite?

Glock 22 because ...

Glock 23 because ...
  • I could shoot 9mm with 40-9 conversion barrel
  • I could shoot 22LR with Advantage Arms slide kit
  • Always seems to go bang with little maintenance
You get the picture.

BTW, I am 1911 fan at the core ... 1911 in 9mm? Yes!!!

What makes this hard is that my favourite polymer framed gun is not so much a "brand" as an individual gun.

As far as brands, I will have to say HK as they are the only company that makes a DA/SA with a paddle release.

You left off one BIG player - CZ - edit to add I see you updated the poll.

Here is my CZ P-10C, my EDC for the last 6 years.

Second place, CZ P-10S, the only "subcompact" I'll carry as a primary CCW pistol.

Glock 34 for me.

I carried one for about a decade at work and found it to be an amazing tool for the job.

This isn’t the one I carried, but a Gen-3 I built with an oem lower, Glock innards, Wolff springs, Vickers trigger, Lone Wolf slide, Tru Glo sights, oem mags, a match barrel and a five-color camo cerakote.

Stay safe.

So far my favorite has been the canik Tp9Sfx.
Cz p10c a little behind that.
Poly guns I shoot the best so far are Glocks, but they are my least favorite to shoot.

I own Glock and Sig plastic striker-fired pistols in 9mm. I didn't bother to vote because I suppose some how I like one over the other but who cares? It's a basic tool, nothing more.

I have favorite revolvers and hammer-fired autoloaders but a favorite plastic striker fired pistol just doesn't exist for me. Might as well ask me, "Who makes your favorite Chinese box-end wrench, Harbor Freight, Lowes, Home Depot or Walmart?"

And where can I get me one of those "Canuck" pistols? ;)

The problem with this question is the definition of "frame." Is the grip module a "frame"? No, because that's not the part bearing the serial number. Actually, the FCU is the "frame." AFAIK none of those are made of polymer.
