As soon as I find one available, what do I need for it to do 223? I currently have a RCBS Rockchucker setup for 223. Will my dies and shell holder work? I will need a 223 shell plate, correct?

Shell plate #16 make sure it is the new model that has the ring cut in it on bottom side for the new EZ-Ject (the new "model" comes in a plastic case).

So will my RCBS dies not work? I have a full single stage setup, just want to change to a progressive setup

You have to have the "shellplate" specifically for the Hornady. Your dies will work just fine. As crashcarruthers posted, make sure it matches your model LNL. The newest EZ Ject LNL uses a different shellplate than it's predecessors.

What else indeed! I recently purchased an LNL-AP and found some things I couldn't do without. First, the adapter for the powder measure that allows you to empty the hopper when you are done is a must. Second, I found that the case expander for the powder measure eliminated one die from my tool. Third, I picked up the Powder Cop die to check the powder drops.

One other thing I'm looking at. On the .380 I had problems with inconsistent powder drops when using the factory plunger so I'm now looking into the Pistol Measure which will allow finer tuning of the powder measure.

I feel like I've picked up one of those gifts that keeps giving!:)

You might want to get some extra die bushings so you can load other calibers without having to remove the bushing from the dies. On dumping the powder out of the hopper, I just unlock the powder measure bushing from te press and pour it out. Save a few bucks. I did get the pistol rotor for the powder measure and it works great for small charges.
