SIG 229 in 357 SIG w/ GALCO thin holster (i don't recall the model, but it's about 1/16" thick leather).

For summer weight clothes, HK P7M8, flatter, less punch, but more concealable.

CCW weapon

You asked for it so here is $0.02 cents worth. Above all I will not carry a gun that does not have a hammer. I want to know at all times if the gun is ready to shoot or not. I will not carry a weapon that is cocked and locked. Do not buy a gun that you cannot afford to shoot a lot. You must practice and that required 100's and 100's of rounds, you must carry a weapon that you can control in rapid fire, therefore recoil is a major consideration. When I was young I shot 45 auto and could control it and did my own reloading so cost was very low. My weapon of choice now is the Beretta 21A in 22lr. Walther P22 with Laser for home. I will shoot several hundred hundred rounds a week for less than $10.00. For those that think that this is not enough weapon need to do research on killing ratios with 22lr. I bought the 21A used and these were traded in by the NM Public Safety. It was good enough for them. Something to think about

Another vote for Glocks

I switch back and forth between my Glock 19 and my Glock 26. The Glock 26 is a little easy to conceal.

The one pistol that I keep coming back to for concealed carry, out of all those that I own, is the Glock 26. It offers the best compromise between size, weight, ammo capacity and accuracy. Yeah, I have several other pistols that have one or more of the above attributes, but the G26 has all of them!! ;)

Most of the time its a CZ-75D PCR, sometimes an HK P7M8 and if I want to go lighter a Beretta 85FS.

Why would I try to turn you away from SIG? Trust your gut :D

Mine is the P239 in .357 Sig

Large- 40 S&W Springfield XD40 Sub-Compact for winter.

Medium - Skyy CPX-1 9mm for fall and spring in front pocket or IWB.

Small- Bersa Thunder 380 CC for warm weather in front pocket.

380 is a bit on the light side but if I have to shoot, I will aim for the face, throat, or chest center mass. The idea is to ALWAYS be armed and pray you never have to use it.

I like my Colt Defender and my old 1970's vintage Smith and Wesson model 38 Bodyguard. I carry one, the other, or more often, both.
