What's your "go to" .270 powder for accuracy? How many grains?
Summary of my situation:
I tried very hard to develop an accuracy load for my Sako .270. The best I could achieve was a 2 MOA average with a pretty wide variety of bullets and powder. I have found success developing loads for other rifles. The Sako is having some work done to it and I will be starting over with load development when I get it back. I'd rather not go through all the pain from the beginning and would like to start with what has been proven to work by others.
I will be using Sierra 130 gr. SP bullets and Remington LR primers. Powders I have on hand:
H4350
RL19
IMR 4831
IMR 4350 (not much left)
These powders I have but don't consider suitable:
IMR 4064
Varget
W 760
