The Scheels in Sioux Falls, SD has a pretty good selection of most brands of powders (except for Alliant), in-store only.

Powder availability isn't exactly a "breaking news" event these days, especially for in-store-only sales, but for those in the area, this Scheels is having a sale/clearance on several powders. I picked up a pound of VihtaVuori N320 and a pound of N340 for $20 each. Pic below. Going off of memory, I also saw some Win powders on sale, 231 for $25, 244 and WSF for $20. At least a couple of others were also on sale.
I am not really in need of powder, but I've wanted to try out VV, so I couldn't pass this up.

Lots of different kinds of Midwest Powders here, some very cheap, also free shipping and hazmat. They've got a Demil 9mm powder for just over $20 per pound. 
From what I have researched on THR, this is powder from pulled gov't contract over runs. I've bought great pulled pistol bullets from them, it's a legit site.
I do want to add that there's not alot of load data out there.
