Where to get replacement thigh straps for thigh rig?

I need to find straps that can be used with a kydex rig. I cant seem to find anyone who sells a nylon strap that is or can be attached to a clip or buckle closure without having to own sewing equipment. Anything between 1" and 2.25" will work.

Anyone have any ideas where I could look?

The 'equipment' is at best needle and thread, or with most of the nylon, judicious application of heat. Old butter knife, worn out screwdriver, pick something, wear some heat-resistant gloves/wrap the handle in something to avoid burns, and apply heated metal object to nylon to melt it in place.
