Why aren't there BHP clones in the $450 range?

My First handgun was a FM90 Hi Power clone. It has a slabside slide like a 1911. It was a great little pistol besides the terrible trigger pull from the mag safety disconnect. I paid $320 for it private sale a few years ago.
