Winchester mil contract 7x57 light ball

Does anybody know when Winchester made 7x57 Mauser ammunition with 139 grain FMJ's? Headstamps are simply marked WRA over "7MM". I pulled one to confirm weight.

I have a few hundred loose rounds and expect them to be corrosive. Just curious of the era and maybe where they were shipped to. Somewhere South American maybe?

I don't KNOW but that makes sense to me.
A friend has a SAFN 49 in 7mm from someplace in South America. We could not make reliable handloads, so he bought a good supply of FN Cartuchos Ordinarios that they made up for their rifles, similar to your WRAs.
