To take a newbie shooting? I'm not certain this is the right place for this thread, so, mods, go ahead and move it if you need to. I have never seen anyone continue to have a negative, hysterical, anti-gun viewpoint, after you take them shooting. I plan on doing so as soon as possible...

On the same note, every time I've ever gone to the range some hunter type dude will bring his son along and they'll see me down at the end with my AK's. Doesn't take em long to get curious, ask a few questions and presto, they're plinkin with one of my AK's.

You can open some folks world up in more ways than one

I personally think there should be a sticky forum in Activism precisely for posts about shooting experiences with new-to-guns folks as well as successes converting the uninformed or opinionated. I've found guns themselves do the best job proselytizing our cause
