First of all I want to thank Dudedog for all his help and patience.

Haven't got much turn around getting to the range and when I finally make it I found that I had forgotten the Springfield RO when I got there..... dah. That was the primary reason to go and to check out some new reloads for it. So, having the Glock 43 with me that became the unit to check the reloads.

These loads where taken from the Speer #15 manual and were the suggested starter for Sport Pistol and WSF. The RO and 43 had both been plunk tested for OAL so the next step was to check the cycling. The 43 was good in this case but the RO will have to wait until the next trip Think I'll hang the RO around my neck before leaving for the range next time.

The two targets where the two best of seven targets of ten rounds each at 7 yards I shot from a hand rest. As you can see I'm no dead eye but its about me learning and enjoying our grand sport.

Anyway, here are the two best targets, so it's onward and upward from here...….. fingers crossed. :)

Your Welcome!

Cool, glad you made it to the range :D even if you forgot the RO. (work has been messing up my plans lately, ggggrrrr)
It will be interesting to see if your guns like the 147s better than the 125s.
Do you prefer the feel of one load over the other or to close to call?

Looks like 5 touching on the SP load so maybe a bit tighter than the WSF load but it looks like either would have gotten the job done.

Looking forward to your targets with the RO:)

Something I forgot to add since I have it logged in my Loader's Data Log is the Primer's I used, CCI 500 Small Pistol and the fact that I used new Star Line brass with case lengths noted as 0.7505, I've a small box from Midway USA from way back that I decided to use for my initial testing. After that it will be reclaimed and conditioned mixed range brass I think although I found I also have a small box of Winchester brass in the inventory.

My plan now is to reload with the same components and data as used in the first test using the G43 for the Springfield RO and compare the results allowing for operator inconsistency.

BTW Dudedog, the weather is finally getting very nice now. Not so much humidity and the temperature is getting very reasonable. Sorry to hear that work is causing a slow down in your important projects. Hang in there. :) I'll try to give you an answer to the questions you asked.
