I'd take any of the first 4 over any two of the rest, though not in the order listed. If just one, the Tikka.
I listed them randomly. I also would pick any one on the first list over any two of the second list. It would be a M70.

You can have 5 different rifles that all shoot the same ammo.
Went through the same dilemma about a month ago, ended up buying a Vanguard in 30-06. Really wanted M70 but the budget said no.
I had both last year along with a Weatherby Vanguard. All three in 6.5 Creedmoor. I really like the Bergara, but my American Predator would out shoot it.I've been teetering between the Bergera Hunter and Ruger American Predator.
I'll take on M70. Wood and blued please.
Yeah, but since gun lovers have a problem sawing an expensive rifle in half, your "half" of a rifle comes in the forms of a Hi-Point carbine.
Winchester Model 70 Featherweight, make it in .308 Winchester and top it with either a Leupold fixed 2.5x or maybe a 1-4x scope. Keep it light and trim.
Option #2 would be a Remington Model 7 (not on your list), also in .308 Winchester. It would preferably be one I could physically put my hands on and inspect before buying. I have 0 confidence in getting a decently put together rifle from the current "Remington" company sight-unseen, but I might be willing to buy an older one off Gunbroker or similar.
Yup. Since year wasn't specified, id take a LNIB pre '64 m70 even if your latter list was six instead of two.pre-64 M70
