My "go to" hunting rifle for over 25 years has been a Remington Model 7 in .308. I also have 7s in .223, .243., and 7mm SAUM. So my "vote" is Model 7. An older walnut and blued-steel BDL would be my second choice.
There are 10 options on the OP's list - I'd only be interested in 3 of them, if I didn't already have a fleet of other rifles: Win 70, Rem 700, or Tikka T3, and for my personal shooting applications, the T3 or 700 pique my interest the most.
