I fire hundreds of rounds at my local club shooting trap. Although I have never patterned my shotgun with 7 1/2 shot. Mostly because I don't know what benefits it has to me. Should I try experimenting with new loads or keep rolling with the 7 1/2. It has been working pretty well for me.

I agree with newtosavage, most mossbergs,savages, and rugers are decent shooters but made with certain parts that are not so solid. If you can get a stock and decent scope I think the rifle will do you well.

Something such as your problem truly varies on your gun and scope, and exact setup. To my rifle and scope it may not work. If it works on your setup, I see no reason to change it. :)

This was an idea i've had for a while, but is there any where, or place that I could send my spent 12 gauge hulls to be reloaded for trap shooting. I shoot hundreds of cases and I'm wondering if it would be worth it (money wise) for the shipping and time cost. I appreciate your opinion!
