    RCBS cracked at top??

I suggest your friend goes to this link and reads RCBS’s warranty for reloading presses so he won’t be disappointed if they don’t cover his press. https://www.rcbs.com/rcbs-support/rcbs-warranty.html I’m not saying they won’t take care of him, they are good at replacing worn out parts and...

Phony baloney, or the real McCoy?

Do flat earthers call the atmosphere the atmoflat? Whoever's in charge of popcorn, it's time for another batch. Back on topic, I agree with others who say the Hornady gizmo, while it touts fixing misaligned bullets, is more useful as a setup tool to adjust/repair/replace whatever in your...

    I’ve got 99 cases…

That works for me. When I'm range blasting, I load my pistol magazines with 5 rounds no matter how many they'll hold. My 5 round groups are better than my 10 round groups (duh!) and it makes me feel like I'm a better shot than I am. ;)

White River primers showing up in the wild.

I think the "OEM only" tag is referring to the bulk ordering info right below the tag.

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases.

There's no doubt that I'll keep it in mind. I'm pushing 80, so some or all of those issues may well be in my future, just not yet.

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases.

Can't argue with any of that, I just choose not to expend the time and effort to lube pistol brass other than with tumbling media additives that I mentioned earlier. I offered a different opinion than Jake's, but like I said earlier, it works for me and ymmv. Different strokes for different...

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases.

Definitely agree that age/physical/medical issues can make lubed brass (and/or store bought ammo) an attractive option, that's a different ball of wax from generic advice.

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases.

Most were professionals who manufactured and sold reloading dies and/or reloading manuals. True, their opinions were probably biased, but Like I said, it has worked for me. ymmv The benefit to me is not dealing with case lube, unless you consider Flitz or Nufinish added to crushed walnut shells...

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases.

Advice from a professional. -Lube your pistol cases I took advice from professionals a long time ago to buy carbide pistol dies and not lube. It has worked for me. Everyone who lubes agrees with you. Everyone who doesn't lube doesn't agree with you. Ford vs Chevy.

    I’ve got 99 cases…

I can't imagine how some of you guys must agonize over shooting up a full 100 round box of reloads with a six shooter. What in the world do you do with the two empty chambers at the end of the session?

Understood, but have you checked out the symptoms of high blood lead levels? If not, you might be surprised.
