My BBQ gun was Kimber CDP pro

From my understanding open carry is OK on private property with the owner's approval. Usually neighbors are invited and like to show off their pieces too.

Anyone that knows me will say that after a 1911 it is a Walther. I love my P99 and would like to get a PPS or a P99C. My only experience with a Glock was a 22 and a 19 one day at the range. Good guns and work fine. Don't fit my hand and were simply not comfortable for me.(totally subjective)

The only full size I currently own is a Kimber Tactical Custom II. The reason it is the only full size I own is because it works great for me. I would like an Ed Brown Special Forces in the near future, but this Kimber works.

I didn't know I needed slender grips til I held a buddies pistol with slim grips. Now I love them. I especially like cocobolo from Esmerelda. I plan to order some soon

Walther P99AS in 9mm is my absolute favorite. I also have a CZ75B and I voted for the CZ. The P99 is getting too pricey and hard to come by. The CZ is relatively cheap and abundant, at least around here. The Glocks and Sigs simply don't feel good in the hand for me.

From my personal experience with 1911s, Glocks, and Walthers, the full size 1911s were best for me. Second was the Walther p99, and last was the Glock. This is purely subjective to what felt right in my hand and what I could comfortably carry. I'm a big fellow, I'm already carrying 50lbs too...

I only use the Kimber Tac Pro mags. They have always worked fine for me. I have not tried any others since these have caused no problems for me. I like the interchangeable base plates too.
