Lee "classic" turrett!! Excellent turrett press for someone getting into reloading!! If your a "match" shooter, or shoot hundreds of rounds a week, you might consider a progressive, but for casual range shooters and hobbiests' the Lee Classic Turrett can put out 150+ rounds an hour, can reload...
Cool!! Good to hear!! They've talked alot about S&W fixing the Sigma gritty/stiff triggers "for free", over on the S&W forum, but I hadnt read any 1st hand stories in a while.. Good to know they're still doing it, and on their dime! I love my Sigma, I dont care what anyone says!! :D
Blazer Brass was $8.97/50 9mm fmj today at my local wallyworld.. (6 box limit)
Havent seen the WWB bulk boxes in quite some time, but last I saw it (probably Feb-March) was $19-n-change, for the 100 rd. bulk "Range/Target" 9mm WWB ammo..
Might also try applying some heat to "just" the bushing, then try to back out the screw.. Use a soldering iron to pinpoint where the heat goes.. Good luck!!
I saw some 9mm Blazer Brass on the shelf today at my local WallyWorld (Central Fl.) that has been there for 3 days w/o selling out.. Hope it's a sign of good things to come!! They also had 357mag (which I've not seen since november in Walmart) and a bunch of 223, 30-06, 308, etc.. But no...
I also got my RIA 1911 from "Centerfiresystems.com" They seem to be pretty popular, by the RIA crowd, on the 1911 forums.. And the experience was a good one for me! Nice folks to talk to as well.. :)
IMO, the serial # alone isnt going to make it of special interest. Perhaps if it was the very first gun of that series?? But, just a unique serial that matches a time or date? I'd shoot er up and have a good story to tell if anyone wanted to chat at the range! ;)
I always have the best intentions, of selling off a firearm if I want to get another, but so far I've only been able to buy.. Selling just doesnt seem to be in my blood, so I say, hang on to em' and just save if ya need something else.. ;)
Wish I could Tipoc, but it's not my gun.. But from the consensus here and at other sites I've posted it on, Im fairly certain they were made by Eagle Grips or someone affiliated with Eagle Grips Inc. Thanks for the help folks! :)
Hey, I talked to Dan and he said he wasnt sure what grips these are on his fine looking M60.. Does anyone know what they are? Im trying to find something similar for a 3" model 60 Im getting.. Having a hard time finding conversion/target style grips for the roundbutt J frame.. Thanks for any help!!
Lets see some 3" J-Frames!!
Hey all you S&W fans.. Got any 3" J-frames to show off?? Im getting a 3" model 60 and looking for grip ideas.. Let see some of your beautiful 3" guns!!! :) Thanks!!
I got the lee classic turret kit, with upgraded pro powder disk and safety prime system, with spare turret and dies to load two (2) calibers, plus some other extra stuff, delivered for $300.00  (Got it new from Kempf's) Only thing left to get is powder, primers and bullets.. (Most brass I...
Dont sweat it Mainsail!! Your not alone!! :D I've just got my LCT "kit" and I'm lost on the directions as well.. Thanfully I found this thread doing a google for "lee classic directions"... Im sure I'll be able to use this thread and the links provided to get it setup and going, but I like you...
Sorry you dont like the sigma trigger.. As has been stated, it's stiff from the factory, yet gets smoother with time.. It's a $250-300 SD gun, not something you want to take to a bullseye match.. That said, if you cant hit the torso of a bad guy from 20' with one, your not a very good shot...
Mine (trigger) is definitely loosening up the more I fire and dry fire it.. I've had it for about 3 months and every night before turning in, I practice dry firing it for a few minutes.. I've prolly dry fired it a thousand times and put 250 rounds through it, and I can tell a substantial...
