It's called the M10.
Basically they took a Ka-Bar and put a mounting ring on it since you'll use the bayonet 3,425 times for opening MREs and stuff to the 1 time you use it as a bayonet.

I know the guy personally, he's made some medieval armor for me (the breastplate/cuirass that's on the website) and he does a lot of custom knife sheath work.
He's done work for Busse, etc.
My very first rifle came from Fowler's.... Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk1.
I almost bought it from the Armory of Orange.
Considering it's in CA I'm surprised the Armory lasted this long.
The basic Tuf-Cloth works well for rust prevention and as a minor lubricant.
Try Militec for a dry lube. They're giving it away free to members of the military.
When I had a shotgun, I had a SideSaddle on the gun, and a pair of canvas military-type pouches I picked up for $8 apiece at a surplus store (still have em) with the twist-shut (insert tab through hole, twist and it stays shut) closure. They fit on a belt and held 30-40 rounds in the main...
A SFC back from the Stan I talked to yesterday said they got the dreaded Checkmate mags, and he told his boys if you wanna come home alive, do as I do..... he sanded the crappy crinkle finish out of the inside, and every time they went out of the wire the gun (and magazine) had been cleaned...
Colt, Dan Wesson, USFA (Peacemaker makers in the original Colt plant).
Manurhin. Korth. Llama (not terribly good, but they work). The Manurhin is basically a super-high-end version of a Ruger, and a VERY good gun. The Korth is a Python on steroids, basically handbuilt.
The FN2000 bullpup rifle does not eject downward (the FN P90 does), it ejects "forward" thanks to an ejection tunnel, they bounce down the little tunnel from the right-side ejection port and then just fall out the front. Apparently, a very old idea they borrowed from the 1904 Maxim MG.
it...
I've seen several of those Redfields in the last few weeks. But I work in a gunshop with several thousand guns, so seeing (on some older hunting rifles) some older scopes like that is nothing unusual. I ran into a rifle with an old Lyman Alaskan and half a dozen Weaver K4's on others.
Reliable gun.
Hard to find mags over 10 rounds. Ruger factory mags over 5 not supplied to the general public.
Accuracy past 50 yards sucks.
I'll stick with the AR series.
The shotguns in use in the sandbox, about 80% of them are door-busting guns....... most are not being used for "combat" use as the M4 makes a better general purpose piece for that.
A whole lot of British officers had doubles and repeaters built in this round so they could use service ammo though....he might have gotten a used one.
AR180B. Takes AR-15 mags, reliable, durable military grade rifle that's still lightweight.
The SU is also good however I don't know how it'll hold up long term.
I'd take an AK over a Mini.
