I am thinking of one of these for my son's 10th bday next year (probably not suppressed though) He got a new .410 shotgun this year. He has received a gun for his bday each year since he turned 8. I plan to keep the tradition up so by the time he is 18 he has a good collection.

I wear them %100 at the range at 28 years old I have started hearing a buzzing sound in my right ear w/certain tones. I wear a plug in my right ear while hunting as it takes the brunt of the noise from gun.
