Hi. Get these. Works great, with everything, you are looking for. My Navy Garand and 10FP love this stuff. http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=880646&t=11082005 http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=148525&t=11082005...

Proper way to chamfer .223 brass and copper shavings

Measure case neck ID. Should be .223". Bullets .224". There should be no "flare". that is for pistol brass. Is this for a bolt action? For a semi-auto. You are dealing with a crimp at the case mouth. Well, you should be. +1 mc223. Vld chamfer tool. Rcbs makes a good one.

    Lee turret question.

I have a Lee turret. The turrets change out real quick. 9mm to .357 or .40 5 min. Why buy another press? It does single stage also. Just remove the rachet rod. 9mm to .308 5 min. All good.

    Stuck case

Skip the spray. When I use Lee Lube. It is for an additional inspection. When lube is applied with fingers. You can get a better feel. And check the mouth for cracks. Imperial is good, too.

Newbie questions about primer crimps, brass (pics included)

Quote: THROW AWAY the crimped ones. Toss 'em or recycle them. They're not worth the time or trouble. Uncrimped .223 brass is as common as dirt. Brass is 2/3 the cost of ammo. Reload it all. That guy must work for the government.

Wow, that left one sure looked MIL-SPEC to me. Like rusty said. Don't worry about the brass. Unless you are in competition. Reload them, till they crack. And buy the Lee Trim tools. http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=476992...
