Concussion:

Night Hawk is BOMB… accurate and feeds everything

T-Sauce Feeds Everything but hates Everything

Roberts Defense is a good target gun for the money! Every thing you need and nothing you don’t want.

Despite your groups, of those 3, I would still take the T-Sauce. You just have to find the right load for it. The money saved on purchase price will allow for a lot of ammo,
whether bought or made. I would rather be able to shoot a 3in group fast to POA, than snake eyes slow.

I love the T-Sauce!! the fact that it eats anything is a plus in my book. 5.0 WST w/ 200gn is moving at 925-ish. That gun like hot loads

Got anything representing the $600-800 bracket? I feel that's more "working class" these days, $2k for a single pistol is solid "upper middle class" :)

i only buy used guns. so they were all 40% - 50% of retail. except the $300 T-Sauce

what about a basic Colt 1911? they are around $750-ish

or a top if the line T-Sauce! always wanted one of those

In my experience a 1911 that runs SWC well will run just about anything. Is the Nighthawk really worth that much more? I know they are nicer but thousands of dollars nicer?

I bought it used for $2,000 with 8 or 10 NH mags, and a bunch of original parts. The last owner had them do a bunch of upgrades by NH.

Would I pay $4500 for a NH 1911??NO? But $2,000 from an owner who I know his reputation for only the best stuff & service. All day long.

Gun shoots like a dream, anything I put thru it runs and it’s reliable too.

I’ll challenge you (the OP) to a duel, pick your best 1911 and I’ll run my crappy duty pistol at 7 yards.

Some times (especially with handguns) the Indian matters more than the arrow.

For 4k the 1911 better have Alvin York’s DNA on it. Squeaky Fromme’s at the least.

Im pretty happy with Springfield Armory.

My range officer can run any magazine I own. My Para USA hates all magazines I own. Bought a wilson combat and it's happy.
