7mm Rem Mag hunting deer ammo

I like to eat my game. I shoot elk and deer with 175 gr bullets. There is less waste from bloodshot with a slower bullet (~2700fps). If I went to a lighter bullet I would go to 162 boattails. Federals or remington if you have to go to commercial loads.
