A 21-gun salute to Labgrade and Kentucky Rifle

The Colorado contingent of the High Road met at Larry and Sandy Ashcraft's farm today. One of our more solemn activities was a 21-gun salute to High Roaders Labgrade and Kentucky Rifle.

Labgrade and Kentucky Rifle may not have been with us, but were with us in spirit.

You betcha. 1947 headstamp too.

We had 4 M1's, 2 1903's, and a 1903A3. Two of the M1's were Zak's, I had one M1 and a 1903, and Smoke Rizen owned one M1, a 1903, and a 1903A3.

Had to explain the operation of an M1 to a couple of the team.
