I've been a CZ guy but I've been wanting something lighter for CCW than my CZ PCR. I have 2 CZ Compacts that can use the same mags with the thought that my wife and I can share mags.

I've been considering going to a Glock 19 & 26 combo because the 26 can use all the Glock 9mm mags.

Do any other manufacturers have models that can use the same mags among models like Glock can?

The S&W SW99, Walther P99, and the Walther PPQ all use the same mag. I'm guessing that the compact versions of those pistols will use the full size mags too.

Walther P99C will take P99 mags.

I just learned in another thread about the Walther PPQ and P99

In .40S&W the mags exchange, in 9mm there are an older style P99 mag that won't fit the PPQ, although it would look to be a simple bit of filing on the front of the "old" style mags to make them match the new.

I just remembered that the Kel-Tec P11 will take S&W 59xx series mags as well. Not within brand, but still within concept. A $300 police trade in 5906 from CDNN, plus a new $230 P11 from CDNN or Bud's would get you a full size & subcompact pair that use the same mags for little more than the price of one new Glock or M&P.

Saiga39, you're probably noticing that a compact gun will often take a magazine from the duty-sized counterpart gun.
It isn't uncommon, in fact it seems to be becoming the normal method.

All the "generations" of Smith & Wesson metal-frame pistols have interchangeability between magazines that are of the same type (single- or double-stack) and caliber. For example, you can use the "Third Generation" 3904/3906 mags in a "first generation" Model 39. These mags will also fit (but stick out the bottom) in the shorter-gripped 3913.

S&W 59,910,915 ect. Magazines will fit Kel-Tec, Dawoo, Marlin C9, &a few others. Also 30rd. mag.s work in these guns as well as a few more I believe. These are 9×19mm . I belive some of the 40S&W may be interchangeable also but not sure?

Others do this too, but I know the Springfield XDM has "grip xtensions" for their compacts, which basically allow you to put a duty magazine with the extension onto a compact platform and use it as a duty gun.
