Well, if you've already pulled 100 rounds, you have accomplished approx. 1/3 of the task already. And I would have to agree with checking them all for chamber fit before pulling, so your only pulling one's that need to be pulled.

I was having the same problem with some .40 S&W swaged from 9mm brass, I was getting a bulge that was causing chambering problems. I use a RCBS die set with a taper crimp. when I ran them through the sizer die to get the bulge out the bullet came loose. I also have a set of LEE dies that has the factory crimp die when I ran them through the factory crimp die most of the bulge was gone bullet was crimped chambering problem solved. or just run them through the sizer die the bullet will slide right out if you used a taper crimp.
