Chatter marks in the barrel, which will foul easily, some cracking/erosion, some fouling. Does it shoot well?
Hmm... Okay.
It pretty much looked like that when it was brand new but maybe a little more shiny back then.
It shoots excellent...to me.

It looks dirty, which is the extent of my ability to discern anything meaningful from a bore scope pic
Really?
Compared to what it was, it is definitely way more clean.
Should I clean it again?
How clean do I need to get it?
The cleaning patches come out pretty clean even when soaked in acetone.

Can a bolt face throw the alignment of the cartridge out of alignment?
Can a case head that isn't perfectly square with the bolt face affect cartridge alignment?

Chase rabbits which get you fed. Concentricity sorting isn’t one of them.

But is easy to find/fix, so I do.

Agreed. But pointing out, there’s a big difference in figuring out where eccentricity is introduced in your process then improving that step to eliminate the eccentricity rather than continuing to use a busted process which introduces run out, then use a bandaid solution of sorting out the most busted cartridges.

Culling defects creates waste. Correcting a process to reduce defects is progress.
