I haven't bought any cast bullets in several years, and my sources have all retired.

Any recommendations to share?? From mom & pop businesses to larger commercial makers.

thanks in advance,

Have purchased loaded ammo (.38 special wadcutter, .45 auto SWC) over the past couple months, have recently purchased same bullets for reloading myself.
Company is Mastercast, of Enon Valley, Pennsylvania.
Owners are Mike and Kate Symbala.

I agree with the above but I also get my cast boolits from me. Case in point of the few hundred .309 150 gr LFP and the couple hundred .379 250 gr LFP that I just finished casting and sorting just now.

Gotta love that new Lee production IV pot.

For the last year I have used missouri bullets and have no reason to complain. Good service, fast shipping, and a solid product

+1 for http://www.dardascastbullets.com/
Excellent service. I've been really pleased with the product too.

I've also had excellent luck with Oregon Trail, but they cost a good 50-60% more than Dardas or Missouri
For high performance (and high dollar) cast bullets check out Cast Performance.

For bullets made to your exact specifications check out http://www.montanabulletworks.com/

And at least Cast Performance and Montana Bullet Works won't try to convince you the bevel base is for "your reloading ease" instead of for their manufacturing ease to the detriment of bullet performance ;)
