Looks that way to me, too. It could be enormously successful. Good idea for a business, IMO.Their business model is basically the same as any other croudsourcing platform. cheap membership, with the hopes that the whole ends up paying more than the individual. It's no different than health insurance, car insurance, Gym membership, etc.
We are currently capitalized to the point where we can defend multiple actions annually.
That's what I alluded to in my post. I found that top log right away. If it had been an exact duplicate it would have screamed bogus right off, but its similarity is close enough to make me skeptical.But... why do they use the Czech national lion as the main logo??? (it has both the crown and double tail, so no accidental use there)
Covers one military or law enforcement officer (active or retired) for any criminal, civil or administrative legal action stemming from a self defense incident off duty.
Washington issues a Concealed Pistol License, not a concealed weapon permit.Note: You must have a valid state Concealed Weapon Permit issued to be eligible for any representation from CCW Safe.
Wait, against the agency that administers the permit system?Recognized use of force incidents include both civil, criminal and administrative actions taken by a state, local or federal government or regulatory agency which administers a state’s concealed carry permit system:
None of my firearms are 'licensed' and that isn't even an option here. And again, it isn't a concealed carry permit, it's a license. Not necessarily interchangeable terms.Any shooting occuring in any location that honors your concealed carry permit, with legally licensed firearms according to your concealed carry permit.
I'm not aware of any law that describes 'legal weapons', only illegal weapons.Any use of force with any legal weapon or object where you could have legally used deadly force with a firearm in any instance that meets the above recognized points. Any legal weapon includes any weapon that meets the legal description of state and federal laws.
There it is again. What firearm has a 'legal description'? I've seen descriptions of illegal firearms (sawed off shotgun for example) but not legal firearms Does that mean that if it isn't illegal, it's legal? Well there is still not description in the law.....Any use of force with any weapon or object or any legal firearm, even those outside of your concealed carry permit, occurring in your residence during the the commission of a crime against you, your family or occupants. A legal firearm includes any firearm that meets the legal description of state and federal laws.
So.....what if I'm using my CPL out of state?Any administrative action stemming from a use of force incident taken against your concealed handgun license in the state which issued your license.
Yeah.....? What?Criminal, administrative or civil actions brought against the member stemming from one of the above described situations.
You must have a valid state Concealed Weapon Permit issued to be eligible for any representation from CCW Safe.
I have both CCWSafe as well as USCCA $1,000,000 liability coverage. Both are great to help protect assets.I actually started a membership with CcwSafe & Uscca this week. I like the idea of CcwSafe covering me secondary to my union with on duty uses of force incidents & primarily off the clock with all legal aspects accociated with an incident. The only thing CcwSafe did have that I wanted was immediate bail funding which is the reason I decided to get Uscca as well.
