That knurled nut on top of the primer feed tube needs to be only lightly tightened. I mean just barely. Snug it too tight and you’ll have primers flipping or not feeding at all.
That alone will solve 90% of primer feeding issues. 9% is a dirty press. Since nothing is ever 100% I’ll leave the last 1% to design, defects or gremlins
