OK, I'll play...

Rem Nylon 66 & the box-mag model (N-77, maybe?)
Colt Mk3 Trooper
First model of S&W 'Kit Gun' [I think S&W called it the 22-32 Kit Gun]
Savage Model 99's
Browning A-5's...all gauges, the way they USED to be made
Winchester Model 12's and original Ithaca "Featherlite" 37's
Marlin Camp Carbine in .45ACP and 9Milly
Ruger Speed-Service-Security Six...the ones that can use after-market grips

Count me in on the Savage 99 Rifles.
99E and 99A in at least .308 and .250 Savage calibers.
.243 and .300 Savage would be nice too.

Also count me in for the Nylon 66.
Remington could have made new moulds and continued production for the same money they spent on the goofy 597 rifles.

What exactly was wrong with the 580/581/582 bolt action rifles?
Another Remington rimfire line I would like to see come back on the market.

Remington 788
God what were we thinking when we weren't buying them?
What was Remington thinking when they did not attempt to better advertise these fine, inexpensive rifles!

Guns I want that are discontinued or can't find at a reasonable price.

I'd like to have a Marlin 45 Camp carbine and a Ruger Blackhawk .357 mag/ 9mm Convertable with a 7" barrel. I've got a Blackhawk .45ACP/.45 Colt convertable with a 5 5/8" barrel and it's a favorite shooter of mine. Camp Carbines are great plinkers and I'd like to have one, but the price tags they carry are nuts.

Any of the "D" Frame Colts. Detective Special and Diamondback come to mind(maybe 357 rated?). Even if they were customshop guns I would love to be able to buy a new small frame Colt.

I want the Savage 99 in 308 back too, while I'm at it.

How 'bout blued Smith and Wessons? It has to be some sort of Communist plot that they don't have those in regular production.

Hi Standard Supermatic Citation,

already back in production, but unfortunately NOT made to the same standards as the older guns.

as for what I want...

Savage 99 with the rotary mag

a USGI M-14 made in the states at a reasonanble price (don't even care if it's a Semi-auto)

and for Remington to bring back the Model 600, and drop that frankenstein 6whatever thing they brought out with the 600 style rib and sights but on a 700 action.

Anything made by Colt

Lightning rifles, New Frontier Six Shooters, A New Service in .357, the Delta... the 1903, I could go on.

For me it is the Colt 380 gov't. This is the perfect little carry/BUG. Kind of a mini 1911. It is very light weight fror an all metal gun. I want one of these badly. but not enough to justify the $500=$600 price tags that have been on the ones that I do find.

Go ahead, bite the bullet, and buy one. Even if Colt would bring it back, they would probably charge that much for new ones.

Colt Detective Special, Colt 1908 .380 Hammerless, Parker Double Barrel Shotgun, Browning Auto 5, Colt King Cobra, Lefevre Single Barrel Shotgun, Iver Johnson Trailsman .22 pistol, Iver Johnson Champion single barrel shotgun, Colt Delta Elite 10mm pistol.

No, I didn't smoke my breakfast, I'm just dreaming. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Colt Woodsman, Python

S&W 18, 19, 27 and while they are at it, put nice wood grips back on! Not that the new ones do not have a place, but a black rubber grip on a beautiful gun just does not seem fitting right out of the box

Winchester 22lr, ammunition was loaded through the stock and it was a semi auto, forgot the model number

I think you are looking for the Model 63. Taurus is building one that is very close to the original, except for a somewhat non-obtrusive lock in the bolt. Mine is a very nicely made rifle.

The gun I would want to see built is the Winchester 62. I wouldn't mind the Taurus if it only had the lock on the hammer, but the addition of a "lawyer button" safety on the top of the receiver is just too much for my tastes.

Star PD. It's the first weapon I ever bought for CCW. I love it too much to shoot it as much as I'd like to, cause parts are as hard to find as sense in CA gunlaws.
Savage 99.
3 screw Blackhawk.
