Mine failed and after almost 2 months of trying to find a locksmith who could open it without destroying the safe I miraculously got it open and installed the brand new parts that Cannon supplied. Next time it happens I have the locations marked to drill and I will own a combination safe shortly after I get this POS out of the house.

That's right, it ain't a bayonet. It is a rail mounted sheath for a knife. Of all the things to hang off the rail of your AR who'd have thought that a sheath was just what was needed???
That's so dumb I don't even know what it is.
So ....... what is it?
