I am avoiding Winchester ammo. In past years...waaaay too many bad rounds and failures. Terrible quality control IMO and IME. I have personally had three separate rounds of Ranger...from three separate types of rounds (RA9T, RA9TA, RA45T)...that were bad out of the box. Plus a whole case of RA9B that was completely screwed up.
Winchester doesn't even care. I've contacted them about these and never got a response. Just say no to Winchester for important use.
I go for 124 +P or 147 in Federal HST or Speer Gold Dot
This is just plain silly.
Extremely silly.
There is nothing whatsoever wrong with factory +P or +P+ in a Glock, and if you are getting malfunctions you have a problem that you need to address...it's not from factory +P or +P+ ammo.

I absolutely steer clear of any +P or +P+ loadings. Needlessly beats up the pistol, and sometimes it can make the slide outrun the mag spring causing a malfunction. I want the thing to go bang every time regardless of what it's spitting out the front.
