Federal HST 200 gr 10mm ammo: Have you tried it?

Full power ammo (10mm included but not just 10mm) is often seen as a liability to ammo makers, at least those who are pumping out millions of rounds. Literally nothing they offer to the public is full power no matter the caliber. Boutique makers (DT, Underwood, etc) can get by loading things 110% to serve that niche segment of ammo purchasers, much of them 10mm guys wanting 110%.
