oh, I'd laugh my arse off if I were there observing. I am a sadistic bastard. However, I most certainly would not be laughing it happened to me. I'd feel like punching the guy - it isn't a nice joke to play. Like someone else said, it's similar to telling someone their loved one died on an operating table when they really didn't.

I don't keep it up for too long, just long enough to get a reaction. Then I usually end it with " Nah, I'm just f***** with ya." I'm sure if someone REALLY wanted to be a prick, they could push it, but I'll take my chances. It usually helps strike up a conversation when we both start bashing the antis.
