In Texas, if no 30.06, then they can't stop a CHL from carrying unless they come up to you and give you verbal and/or written notice - which would of course mean that they'd need to know you were packing. Gun busters, or any other "no guns allowed" signage applies. From what I understand, that is a law unique to Texas.
