Hi-Point 10mm NEW PISTOL

I hate lay-a-way, for some reason I end up going back the next day and pay it off cuz I can't leave it sit there and I have to shoot it and make it mine...ocd or sum pen.
lol! that’s funny! because I was contemplating the same thing today with a Luger

Not quite pocket carry ... It still won't win the beauty contest, but where else can you get into 10mm for under $500? $225 MSRP sounds like I may need one in my life
it has a threaded barrel too! added value

Is this the first 10mm handgun to come in at under 500 bucks? If it sells good, maybe it will spark a trend of more affordable 10mm pistols. I would personally like to see an offering from taurus. This will probably be my first hi point purchase. I am not a fan of their looks, but a 200 dollar pistol in 10mm, hard to pass up.

Good news..I'm willing to try that out. I have the 1095 carbine and love it. Never a misfire, and pretty damn accurate. It's good that the mags will work on either.
I'm interested in knowing if barrel has a supported chamber since i save casings for the 610-2 hot loads.

Is not something I'd order or seek out. Id certainly impulse buy one if i see it on a shelf for msrp or less. Just to throw it in a safe with my other 10s.

I enjoy my 1095 as well, just wish it had a higher magazine capacity

This gun passes the under $500 10 club! this is a whole new category of under $200 10 Club

heck, the brass (1,000) cost more!

Interesting. Wonder how heavy they had to make it. The bolt thrust of 10mm is considerable. .45 ACP is about 3,100 lbs, full power 10mm is around 5,300 lbs.

and a threaded barrel for my suppressor coming in!’n

Keep 2 things in mind if you buy one of these to suppress:

One, 10mm is still quite loud due to being a supersonic pistol round with a blunt bullets profile. This being a blowback host will also make port noise significant.

Two, this is a fixed barrel pistol, so you'll need to use a fixed barrel spacer or direct thread mount.
