How Many Guns do You Own?

btw - a slight problem with the poll I noticed.

There is some overlap.

For example, if you own 3 guns, do you vote 1-3 or 3-6? If you own 6 guns, do you vote 3-6 or 6-11? 12-24 and 25-30 was on the right track, but then it starts again at 30. If you own 30, do you vote 25-30, or 30-50? Again with 50, 30-50 or 50-100?

Just pointing it out. No biggie really. Perhaps you might want to request a mod or admin modify it.

No, the OP is simply allowing the "glass is half empty/full" viewpoint to be exercised in the poll.

If I think my 30 firearms are too many, I choose 25-30.
But if I think my collection has room to grow, I choose 30-50.

On the plus side, after you have over thirty, the wife has no idea how many you have, where they all are, and if that is a new one or not.

Hehehehehe - My wife really doesn't care or even pay that much attention - but no reason for her to know exactly how many I have... (she could be a government informant!).

I'm getting close to fifty, and I'm running out of stuff that interests me - except for crazy 15k+ guns that I can't afford or see spending that kind of money on.

The only thing I've 'got' to have, that I haven't purchased yet - is a Quigley Down Under Sharps in 45-70.

Not that I won't find something interesting at the next gun show...

I honestly couldn't tell you how many offhand. I have a spreadsheet with all of them and their serial numbers (for those which have serial numbers) on it tucked away in a safe place.
Last night while packing the range bag, I found a pistol that I had completely forgotten about. It was like getting another gun all over again
