That's really not much. I carry almost the same gear you do, a Glock 26 (or 29 depending on my mood and what I'm doing) IWB, a spare full capacity mag, Leatherman tool, Fenix P3D, keys, wallet, bandanna, Treo phone, 2 USB memory keys (I'm in the IT biz) and a USB headset that's part of a pen like device.
I've got a good stiff belt, cargo pants, t shirt and Perry suspenders. I adjust the belt to where it's comfortable and adjust the suspenders so it all just kind of "floats" then put my outer shirt over and tuck in.
