I hear ya tommy. I heard it listening to fox news, so its probably not the most credible source

Well skippie can try but he can also be impeached for violating the Constitution (not unlike Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon.) See when Prohibition came there as no right to booze, but there sure are RIGHTS TO GUNS in the Constitution.

That was a different generation of folks than what we have today. I don't see a whole lot of resistance in congress or SCOTUS against Obama. Anyway, if he doesn't get his way through legislation, he as over and over again added regulatory burdens (BTW ignoring reporting laws on those regulations as well) or EO's such as the Obama Dream Act EO.

At this point, he will do whatever he wishes. We won't find the resistance needed in D.C. The question is whether state and local authorities will comply with an EO to ban firearms or other draconian move. In any case, it is coming and it is coming soon. We won't have to wonder much longer, perhaps two more weeks by the reports.
