So how do you establish residency?
Can I get a post office box and list it as an address in that county?
There has to be a way to arrange it without moving.

P.O. Box is not enough. Usually, they want to see utility bills... phone bill or electric bill.

And it will list your address. If they find out you do not actually live at that address, deep do-do.

How's about you offer to pay the phone bill of a friend who lives in a CCW friendly county? You can make the argument that you live there and only commute to the other county for work.
