The rear of the stock ejector on my Kimber Stainless Target II has loosened up a bit. (The ejector does not wiggle side to side; the rear of the ejector goes slightly up and down, and the gun is still 100% reliable.) I called Kimber and the service tech told me not to worry as the slide will keep it in place, but that if I wanted to, I could sent it in and they would fix it under warranty.
I was thinking that instead of sending the gun back to Kimber, I would replace the ejector with a Wilson Extended Ejector. Have any of you folks done that with the Series II with the external extractor? If so, how has it worked out?
Thanks,
Steve

Dont worry it, it wont hurt anything, and the extended ejector will likley need tuning/adjusting...I would leave it

Thanks CDignition, sage advice. When I put a strong light on the ejector and used more powerful glasses, I saw that the ejector has a small pin through the ejector and its front leg. My assumption is that this acts as a pivot point. IOW, Kimber must have made this change to the traditional ejector. Has anyone else noticed this?
