I ordered Unique and Bullseye online and had it shipped to the closest store which is 60 miles away. The Unique got there quickly, but the Bullseye was on back-order. The form said I had until Feb 13th to pick up the Unique. On the 5th the Bullseye came in, so I went down to pick them both up. I got to the store, and the customer service folks said since it was over two weeks they considered it abandoned and put it on the shelf. Of course Unique won't stay on the shelf for long.

I was kinda miffed since I drove all that way to pickup the powders. Called Bass Pro Shop to complain, I would have picked up the Unique sooner if they hadn't told me I had until the 13th. So to make up for it, they shipped Unique to my house and covered the hazmat fee and shipping cost. Just showed up today. They turned me from miffed into a happy camper

Now that's customer service.

So did you order it online? I can't find Unique or Bullseye on there website. The only pistol powder I see on the site is IMR 4227.

That's what I found too. And I already have enough 4227 and only use it in .357.

Good job by BPS employees.

I love my local BPS, and have had nothing but positive experiences there over the last 11 years.

Although I seldom/never buy powder/primers/components there, they always threat me well, and I have no doubt that if I ordered something and had a problem, they would make it right.

Yup, mine just came in, andwhen I went to pick it up the past couple of times they have had Unique and bullseye on the shelf and I got more! Goes very quick, folks love this free ship no hazmat thing!
