I ordered Unique and Bullseye online and had it shipped to the closest store which is 60 miles away. The Unique got there quickly, but the Bullseye was on back-order. The form said I had until Feb 13th to pick up the Unique. On the 5th the Bullseye came in, so I went down to pick them both up. I got to the store, and the customer service folks said since it was over two weeks they considered it abandoned and put it on the shelf. Of course Unique won't stay on the shelf for long.
I was kinda miffed since I drove all that way to pickup the powders. Called Bass Pro Shop to complain, I would have picked up the Unique sooner if they hadn't told me I had until the 13th. So to make up for it, they shipped Unique to my house and covered the hazmat fee and shipping cost. Just showed up today. They turned me from miffed into a happy camper
Now that's customer service.
