I know that sellier+bellot has a line of cartriges called no-tox. But they cost more. I just decided to shoot outdoors more and found an outdoor range. From what I've read that there is enough air when you are outside that you are ok.
There was a guy on shooters.com called doc rocket who had high lead and he listed all the precautions he took. I think he wore a dust mask and latex gloves. He would wipe his hands with an alcohol wipes right when he was done and not eat, drink, or smoke until he had washed his hands.
I believe there are treatments if your levels are scary high but somehow your level goes down over time anyway. My doctor just said to reduce my exposure. Lead is a big issue for guys who paint bridges and stuff like that. There is a lot of OSHA regs on it.
