Have a Uberti Cattleman II brass frame .45 cal. The 3 frame screws keep loosining up. I want to Locktite them in. If i remove them one at a time will anything internally come loose upon removal.

Probably not. If they're loose, like not under any tension, then they're probably not holding anything. Be sure to use the "blue" Locktite vs the "red" (double check that) . One is more permanant and it would be hard to remove the screw if you need to. You can also take out the screw and deform the threads very slightly for a tighter fit. (Just a little, don't ruin 'em)

Make sure you de-grease first or it want stick. The 242 Blue is the one you want, med strength. It does not require heat to break them loose like the high strength Red..

Another option is Vibra Tite. This is a little different but will also work. It's allow you to adj without having to reapply. Not as strong as the Blue.

The wicking grade of Loctite would not require any disassembly, and has the same strength as "blue". Forgot what the current designation (by Loctite) it is, but just look for "wicking" grade. Used it many times in the past, both industrially and personally. Used to be "290". It simply sucks itself into the fastener.
To add: still called 220 or 290. Ask if you need a supplier name.

Lol!! Those pesky screws!!
There's some YouTube videos to show you how to put it back together.
If you're talking about grip frame screws or back strap screws you'll be OK one at a time. If you're talking about the action screws (actually the screws in the frame) . . . you'll be watching YouTube.

Another recommendation for VibraTite! You can buy it in small packets that won't spoil so soon as a single bottle.

Be careful using the wicking Loctite. It will wick where you don’t want it especially if you use too much. I vote for the blue product.

If your into doing things correctly they have formulas by the numbers which give strength and fastener size. That's why there are so many formulas.
