Lowest Main spring for sig

what's the lowest main spring that can be used reliably in the sig P series for a better DA pull?

I can't answer your question, but have a suggestion.

gunsprings.com (Wolff springs) offers a "Reduced power Hammer Spring Pack" for $9. for my P239 in 9mm, .357 sig & .40cal.
This pack comes with 12#, 14# & 16# hammer springs. The stock spring is 18lbs.

Buy the pack and try a lighter weight , but keep in mind you risk having an occassional FTF if you get too light.

I went from 20# in my CZ to 15# and have had 2 FTFs in about 1500 rounds. Being DA/SA I hit the rounds again and they fired.
