Wow, thought I stepped into the Twilight Zone somehow.
I will try to say this respectfully, not intending to offend in any way. After all, it is Oleg's site, and I appreciate the work he does in regards to the right to keep and bear arms.
I strongly believe that we all have the same rights, and all should be treated with the same respect and human dignity. We all have the right to defend ourselves, and no-one has any right to assault someone else no matter what the reason. What bothers me about the poster is the link to a gay organization. To me it appears to be an endorsement of the gay agenda.
I thought that controversial non-firearm related issues were off limits here, so we could come together on the specific issue of firearms and second-amendment rights without unneccessarily offending one another. I've kept my views on issues other than guns to myself, thought that was the way it works here.
If you want to be gay; that's your business. If I believe that homosexuality is inherently immoral; that's my business. I don't hate anyone, nor do I have any ill will towards gay people. I don't mean to start an argument or anything else. I'm just very surprised and dissapointed, that's all. I thought this was a place where diverse folks could come together with a common interest. I realize now that those with more traditional values are not entirely welcome.
I also realize that I will likely not be entirely welcome here after this post.
Sorry, Oleg, no offense intended; I just had to speak my mind. Feel free to delete if you see fit. It is your site after all. Thank you for the otherwise excellent forum, and the opportunity to participate.
