I'm still trying to figure out how the hell it fires 1100 rounds from a 19 round magazine Do they make mags like that for S&Ws?
You just have to have an FFL with a class III certification. Then you can get yourself a post-86 dealer sample.
It is a Glock 18, banned from sale in the US and described as a "monster of a weapon" that fires bullets with the intensity of a high- pressure water hose.
"Why even a criminal would want to own such a gun is beyond me. It would probably bethe ultimate in gun status-symbols."

Do you suppose it would take two african swollows to do that, or would two european swolows be able to. I suppose if they ran it under their dorsal guide feather maybe....

It depends on their airspeed velocity....
jacert came out of the closet to say:
The picture they used in the paper is a counter-strike weapon replacement. They just used the first picture they found in google:

You can even see the misaligned textures on the front of the grip/trigger guard. [/b][/QUOTE]
gogo responsible journalism when it comes to firearms.
While that article was full of outright stupidity, the cyclic rate was not one of them. All FA guns have a certain cyclic rate. That does not mean they are going to actually fire that many rounds, any more than driving 60 mph means you are going to drive 60 miles.
I am fairly confident that 99% of brits dont know that, and are easily intimidated by the propoganda they so readily soak up. Are we sure that Goerbel is dead?I'm fairly confident most people here know the difference between cyclic ROF and sustained ROF. However, the article is still disingenous in implying a practical, usable ROF of 1100 rounds per minute, since the Glock's magazine is not large enough to accomodate such.
